Making Flavoured Sweetcorn



Making Flavoured Sweetcorn is very easy to do, you need 3 ingredients and a container with a water tight seal on the lid.

The Ingredients


1.Food Dye

2.Food flavouring

3.Sweetcorn

Place the Sweetcorn into the container and add a little food dye, put the lid on the container and give it a good shake, being careful not to spill any of the food dye, add more food dye if needed, repeat this process until the Sweetcorn is evenly covered in the food dye and starting to change colour, then leave it to stand, after 10 minutes stir the Sweetcorn and repeat this every 10 minutes for half an hour.

Your Sweetcorn should now be the colour of the food dye.

Now gently rinse the Sweetcorn to get rid of any excess food dye, it is now time to add the flavouring, to do this simply pour the flavouring over the corn put the lid on the container and shake well.

leave the sweetcorn to stand in the flavouring until you are ready to use it.

For flavoured/coloured meat cut your meat to the desired size and place in a container, add the food dye and flavouring to it, put the lid on the container and give it a good shake then simply soak overnight, drain off any excess liquid and it is ready to use.
